We offer free shipping within the continental US for all orders over $75. For orders below this amount, shipping starts at $4.95.

We accept all major credit cards through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You can also pay using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card through any of these processors. PayPal allows payments with a credit or debit card or a PayPal balance.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2-3 days and shipped from one of our locations. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. If the item has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can initiate a return once it arrives.

Delivery usually takes 5-8 days within the continental US from the date of order placement.

If the tracking number shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check with your mail carrier, building manager, and neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package three days after the indicated delivery date, contact us for assistance.

If the size you received does not work you can start a return and you’ll be reimbursed once it arrives. Please note that the item must be in the original condition. If you’d like to get a different size you are welcome to get it in a separate transaction.

If the item you received does not fit or is not as expected we accept returns within 30 days from when the purchase was made.
